Hunter Acord, DDS
Pediatric Dentist
Dr. Hunter Acord, who goes by Dr. Hunter, was raised in San Antonio as one of seven children. As a child, he volunteered as a counselor at many summer camps, where he realized his passion for working with children. Dr. Hunter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, graduating Magna Cum Laude, and then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Texas A&M College of Dentistry. He graduated with honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
During his residency at UT Health San Antonio School of Dentistry and the Children’s Hospital of San Antonio, he gained extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of pediatric dentistry. He is passionate about providing the best possible pediatric dental care and experience in an energetic, fun, and kid-friendly atmosphere.
When he is not in the office helping patients, Dr. Hunter likes to spend time with his beautiful wife Maddie and dogs, grilling, golfing, fishing, duck hunting, and anything by the water!
David W. White, DDS, MS
Orthodontist
Dr. White was born and raised outside of Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Brigham Young University and then received his DDS from the prestigious UCLA School of Dentistry, where he graduated with honors. Dr. White completed his orthodontic residency at the Texas A&M University Baylor College of Dentistry and received his Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master of Science in Oral Biology.
He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthodontics and is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Southwest Society of Orthodontists, and the Texas Orthodontic Study Club. Dr. White is fluent in French and enjoys playing soccer, tennis, and basketball in his free time. He and his wife, Bonnie, have three beautiful daughters, Audrey, Eliza, and Sophie.
